Hilltop House - Vaastu-Compliant Luxury Home

Designed for a family of four in Jubilee Hills, this residence is rooted deeply in Vaastu principles, ensuring harmony in every aspect of the plan. Positioned on top of a hill, the home takes full advantage of its site with expansive city views from the terraces, creating a unique connection between privacy and openness.

The homeowners envisioned highly personalized living spaces. The husband and wife each have their own bedroom suites, complete with generous walk-in closets, yet subtly connected through a shared, expansive restroom. The children’s bedrooms are placed on separate levels, offering individuality while maintaining a sense of togetherness.

Entertainment was central to the brief. The basement level transforms into a party hub, with an expansive gathering area, integrated sound systems, and a setup tailored to the owner’s passion for DJ’ing.

The design featured a detached block that houses the gym, spa, salon, and garages, creating an exclusive wellness and utility zone while maintaining the purity of the main residence.

The residence is further enriched with landscaping inside and out, blurring the boundaries between built form and nature. At its heart, a majestic 40-foot tree rises under a skylight, becoming a living centerpiece that anchors the home. Surrounding this core are ornate sit-outs framed with traditional handicraft pillars, complemented by tranquil water features and a koi pond, offering moments of serenity throughout the house.

This project embodies a seamless blend of cultural principles, contemporary luxury, and lifestyle-driven spaces, tailored precisely for the family’s way of life.
