Designed in collaboration with Arc E5, this distinctive residence in Marredpally, Hyderabad, takes inspiration from the client’s expertise in building formworks. The core design philosophy was to integrate formwork as a defining element, creating an ‘apartment-house’ where materiality plays a central role in shaping the aesthetic and structural narrative.

Beyond adhering to Vaastu principles, the design leverages the site’s natural profile, using varying heights and strategically placed sit-outs to craft an engaging elevation. This dynamic interplay of repetition, scale, and materiality transforms the structure into an architectural statement that is as functional as it is visually striking.

Completed in December 2024, this residence stands as a testament to thoughtful design and technical ingenuity, where form follows material, and every element contributes to a cohesive, modern living experience.
