West Village

Located in Shankarpally, this clubhouse was designed as a bold expression of industrial aesthetics, blending structural efficiency with artistic form. Inspired by the intricate veins of a leaf, the roof structure combines flat and metal elements, with steel rafters serving both a functional and sculptural role. The result is a dynamic interplay of light and shadow, enhancing the raw beauty of the materials while maintaining an airy, open feel.
Built using MS frame construction, the project was completed within a two-year timeframe from design to execution. The emphasis on quick-build technology ensured a streamlined construction process without compromising quality or detail. The structure’s form follows function, balancing strength and elegance while embracing a minimalist approach that keeps the focus on experience and space.
Inside, the clubhouse breaks from its industrial shell with vibrant pops of color, creating an inviting contrast to the exposed framework. This intentional contrast enhances the space’s energy, making it a lively yet relaxing weekend retreat. Through thoughtful roof exploration, material selection, and efficient engineering, West Village stands as a testament to simplicity, structure, and experience—a perfect escape that redefines industrial charm.
